Return & Refund Policy — Drive Hist

All vehicle history reports are digital products delivered electronically. All sales are final once the report is delivered.

Report Delivery Time (by Plan):

• Basic Plan — Delivered within 1–2 hours
• Standard Plan — Delivered within 30 minutes
• Premium Plan — Delivered within 30 minutes

(Delivery times may vary during high demand periods.)

Refund or Replacement Eligibility:

• Report was not delivered within the plan's promised delivery time
• Report was generated for the wrong VIN due to our technical error
• You were charged more than once for the same report

To request a refund, contact us via email within 24 hours of your purchase with your order number and your plan details.

No refunds for:

• Dissatisfaction with the vehicle's history results
• Incorrect VIN entered by the customer

We respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.
